Kel's Giant List of NPCs
Whether one off mentions, or in depth characters, I've had so many it's time to list them. For my own reference as well as others. And there are some here that I may not even have mentioned directly in the main story, but they've been on my mind and in episodes of my imagination, and so they very well may make an appearance. I'll do sections, then alphabetical order for sanity's sake with a short, hardly sufficient description.

Severn, Jen: Jen is Morgan's sister and the youngest of the Severn siblings. She is a neuroscientist and a doctor, her formal training completed aboard the Janiri, with honors and degree from the Alliance Academy on Earth. Afflicted with a chronic disease since birth, Jen is hooked up at least hourly to a suitcase sized machine that cleans her blood and supplements it with a drug cocktail. Medical costs for her extremely rare condition are extreme, amounting to a six-figure number of credits per day. Jen has long, straight black hair, dark eyes, an olive skin complexion, and is 27 yro.

Ana: Black, curly long hair, dark eyes, burnt mid-tone Mediterranean skin. 24 yro. Wears crew coveralls. Plumber aboard the Medusa
'Comtesse': A born pirate spacer with a hard life. She has a real name, but it's been lost in her past. Worked on Tarball's asteroid base as a bar waitress until rescued from her indentured servitude by Jess. Long, straight, jet black hair decorated with beads and trinkets, A top front tooth replaced by a polished, onyx stone, a left arm and right leg amputee (below elbow and knee, respectively) currently old technology artificial replacements that look more like black Terminator robot prosthetics than limbs (She wears black leather gloves and boots to hide them), her one outfit until she joined the Medusa is a tunic vest, coat and breeches outfit predominantly in black, with red, white and fake gold to accent throughout. 20 yro.
'Elf': Asari, medium blue skin, dark blue eyes with flecks of black and silver, curvy. Has a habit of dressing up to celebrate Earth holidays for whatever reason. Also, a complete slut, there's no saying it any other way. Miss Priss is working on turning her favorite passtime into a money making profession. 125 yro.
Hayashi, Amy: Doctor and Scientist. Woman of Japanese ethnicity who joined the Medusa as a science officer. Petite, and tends to pat the bun on her head when she gets nervous. 36 yro.
Largo ('Largo the Barbarian'): Long, straight black hair, dark eyes, deeply tanned skin. Tall, uscle bound body builder and weight lifter. 24 yro. He moves things on the Medusa and seldom speaks.
Rivebane, Serafina ('Fina'): Computer Programmer on the Medusa. Auburn hair ponytail, above average height, 27 yro., with unusual and uniquely interesting (attractive and somewhat exotic) appearance. Those features include large green eyes, spaced close together, with brows thick towards the nose but tapering out quickly in fine, elegant arcs towards the side of her face. Her nose is tall and narrow, but with a larger tip that gives it a cute, button like appearance. Fina's mouth is small, but full lipped, with height and depth. Wiry built, yet wide hipped. This unusual set of features has led Fina to be introverted and she has issues with her own looks. Fina wears crew coveralls that are typically clean and pulled up, but opened to just show her white singlet beneath at the chest. Sporting a set of gold rimmed, thin, circular HUD glasses on her face which do link with her omni-tool and help with her job.
Saphiere: Asari fashion consultant and Medusa crewmember. Deep blue eyes, and copper face markings. 192 yro. Typically wears high end suits, most often sharkskin.
Severn, Keith: Keith is Morgan's younger brother and the middle of the Severn siblings. He's a consummate goof, his mind mostly occupied with his comic book fandom, his streaming series, and all things pop-culture nerdy. Once challenged by being overweight, since Morgan has benefited the family with substantial income, he's also taken up weight lifting and has become rather good at it. Keith has a penchant for dressing horribly, his usual attire being a too tight black T-shirt with the Hulk on it, jorts, white knee high sweat socks and sandals. Black hair in a crew cut, dark eyes, even tanned skin tone, 31 yro.
Wescott, Lucile ('Ms. Wescott', 'Lucy'): Black, gray streaked hair worn in a beehive traditional do, dark eyes, fair skin. 52 yro. and still rather gorgeous. Wears a severe navy business suit that includes double breasted jacket and below the knee skirt, cream colored blouse, black leather heels and if cold, a long, navy coat. Husky or what we call 'thicc'. Procures supplies for the Medusa. She is the mother of Draco and Dallas Wescott, although divorced from their father for almost two decades.
Pegasus NPCs:
'Berry': 29 yro, hot pink dyed hair in an 80's, low mohawk rat tail style. She's a good, small craft pilot who likes to wear a polished light blue and white light armor sans helmet while working (helmet always nearby though). Known for her sassy attitude, and attraction to weird things and experiences.
'Candy Triplets': A small ring of prostitutes headed by Miss Priss. Two other members:
Miss Dila: a volus clad in a bright yellow, decorative suit, and specialist in all the strangest requests. 62 yro. Mister Charles: a young, rather effeminate man who wears light blues, and is an astonishing hairdresser as well as mani-pedi expert. 25 yro. Lebedev, Sasha: Chief Pilot of the Pegasus, former Chief Pilot of the Vitriol. Sasha expertly saved the Pegasus from disaster during Operation: Dragonslayer, bringing the vessel to a damaging but safe crash landing on the planet's surface after it was hit by planetary defense weapons. Sasha has dirty blonde hair, a body densely covered in freckles, and almost always wears her pilot's HUD visor. 28 yro.
Miss Priss: Brown haired, brown eyed, petite, pretty. Leader of the 'Candy Triplets'. A prostitute, and one time study of Sha'ira, the Consort. Her past is part entangled with the Reith sisters. Rather crafty and dangerous with a pistol. Wears pink 'cowgirl' outfits, including a Stetson and spurs. Predominantly interested in money and getting it any which way she can for Jess, Morgan and Anika. Aboard the Pegasus for the time being but often swings back to the Medusa, the newly discovered K&Q base, or wherever she thinks she can score the most profit. 22 yro.
Pepper: Security Chief of the Pegasus, former Security Chief of the Vitriol, under Scarlett. Dyed green hair worn in pig tails, grey eyes, fair skinned though often covered in bruises from her roughhouse nature. A veteran with a gun, effective and dangerous pirate who is a natural leader for her teams. 26 yro.
Remis, Jezebel: Chief Nurse of the Pegasus, and a Kings and Queens veteran. Currently the most senior appointed medical staff to the Pegasus, as the doctors are all AWOL Alliance Marines. How long that lasts depends on Captain Anika's wishes but it has worked out so far. She has bright orange hair in a lopsided bob, blue eyed, fair skinned, is roughly 5'6" and 30 yro. Has a reputation for mischievousness, though is always looking out for the good of the crew.
Richtar, Radelle: First Mate of the Pegasus, former First Mate of the Vitriol under Scarlett. Could have been a model but was a pirate instead. Dark brown hair tied back in a severe bun, big brown eyes, full lips with signature bright red lipstick. Wears her officer's cap nearly everywhere, and recently converted her uniform to that of the Pegasus. Usually strict and all about duty. 34 yro.
Regina Upton: Fair skinned, green eyed, 20 yro., pale blonde hair in a tight ponytail, wearing silver rim vanity glasses and an evergreen business suit that looks more like a prep school uniform. The rest of her attire, in fact, is most often a cream colored blouse, stockings and strapped heels, and a black skirt worn to mid-thigh. Generally, Regina is of average height, but appears taller due to being slender, with shapely legs, form toned through her hobby of tennis. It has come to discovery that she is the biological daughter of Morgan Severn and Alexandra Upton, much to Morgan and Regina's surprise as it was kept from her by Alex's manipulations. The revelation has been a relief, however, to Regina and Morgan's piece of mind. As such, she is half-sister to Alex's other, older daughters Diana and Blossom. Once caught up in position and status, Regina has become less obsessed with these things as she's spent time among the Kings and Queens, and in particular fallen in love with Amy Babylon (whom she is assistant to and who she is now engaged to). Regina is known for being fastidious and loyal.
Sasha: Chief Pilot of the Pegasus, former Chief Pilot of the Vitriol, under Scarlett. Dirty blonde hair, freckle covered skin, prefers to wear a HUD visor which constantly gives her readout information. Highly trained to maneuver large craft, and known for crash landing the Pegasus safely during Operation: Dragonslayer, a virtual miracle. 25 yro.
Stace: Tall, purple Mohawk, cyborg looking (with half her face being artificial) 2nd Engineer, who is rather insistent in not being Chief Engineer. Or anyone calling her 'Stacey'. 25 yro. Sometimes hard to get along with at first, but if she likes you, she's very loyal.
'Babe 1-6': The six clones of Jocelyne Viviane Reith, created by Iyana. They refer to Jocelyne as 'The Prime'. The clones now inhabit the ship and are starting to develop their own personalities. And...so they can be differentiated, some of them have started dying their hair.
Babe 1: The clone who acts most like Jocelyne, she wears her hair uncolored and in the same style as 'The Prime'. The first clone Iyana created. Babe 2: Hair dyed jet black. The most rebellious of the clones, seeking to act in any way possible opposite Babe 1 and 'The Prime'. Babe 3: Hair lightened to a platinum blonde. This is the most curious and seemingly naïve of all the clones. Babe 4: Hair dyed red. Personality undetermined, but this clone often moderates quietly with 1 and 2 when they conflict with each other. Babe 5: Hair dyed light blue. Personality undetermined. Babe 6: Hair not dyed, but worn in Nordic braids. Personality undetermined. Vitriol NPCs
Cantor: First Mate of the Vitriol, formerly Second Mate. Cantor is distinctively unhandsome, a half crown of black hair on only the sides and back of his head, a hook nose, and dour disposition. He follows Scarlett's orders as perfectly as he can, and is resistant to any creative interpretation of them. Clad in the black leather uniform including officer's trencher of Scarlett's crew. Never known to smile other than by accident. 47 yro.
Christine Lockhart: Chief Security Officer of the Vitriol (appointed after position temporarily held by Tiger Man). Christine has short, black hair cut with straight bangs just above her eyes in the front and just to her shoulders in the back. As an officer, she wears a black trencher, gloves and boots, her personal adornment a teal corset. What showed of her skin is smooth and dark. 28 yro.
Moonlighter: unranked crew member of the Vitriol, general working about the hangar. Freckled, brown haired, Wears the black leathers of Scarlett's crew but no coat. Kleptomaniac, but never steals from the members of the K&Q. 21 yro.
Tiger Man: Body Guard to Captain Scarlett, was once temporary Chief Security Officer, but that task has fallen to Christine (Tiger Man is formidable but not the commander type). Tiger Man is muscle bound, and one of the few whose uniform differs from the norm, although this is still within strict protocol as his position is unique. He has a clean shaven head save for a long black top-knot, a long and thick moustache that droops down from his wide jawed face. Bare above the waist except for a black gorget he wears, below the waist is all black silks: Sash, pants, cav boots rolled down below the knee. Says little, thinks less, but there at the first sign of trouble for Scarlett. 42 yro.
The Upton Estate:
Travers, Phryne: Estate Steward for the Upton family. Phryne is stringent with her duties, and is striking in a number of ways, in that one she is very young for a person in her position (25 yro.) and two, she stands seven feet tall. Her hair is dyed violet, her eyes gray, her skin a burnt medium brown color. Pleasing in appearance, athletic in build, with a harmonious alto voice, she is hard to ignore. Phryne is practiced in equestrian and prefers to spend her downtime with the estate horses.
Upton, Alexandra Margaret: 50% owner of one of the largest, human led trading corporations, dominant in Alliance space, but with galactic business presence expanding. Once from a mining family, Alex's marriage to Rex proved her to be the more shrewd business partner, and she has been the predominant force in the progress of MEC (Merchants Enterprise Corporation). Really, Alex runs everything in the company, except for the half of the business relationships her now ex-husband maintains. In her younger years, she had an affair with Morgan, though she never let on that she was married, nor told him of her pregnancy with Regina, opting to end the relationship while keeping the secret. It was the reuniting with Morgan and the K&Q for business purposes that led to both the admission of his fatherhood, the start of a corporate alliance with the K&Q and her divorce from Rex. She is stately and attractive, with red hair and green eyes, always garbed in expensive clothes and made up to perfection. 49 yro.
Upton, Blossom: The middle daughter of Alexandra, and easily the most spoiled of them all. She shares her mother's red hair, but typically wears hers loose and flowing. Regardless of her setting, most often found garbed in a white tennis skirt, top, sneakers and socks (this has changed somewhat as she travels with her mother, and is required to wear more elegant attire). 23 yro.
Upton, Diana: The eldest daughter of Alexandra, competent, scholarly and aloof. Most often clad in an academic uniform, her dress crimson, blouse white, while her jacket, stocking, shoes and tie are black. Diana wears her black hair pulled back tight and has silver rimmed vanity glasses, like Regina. 24 yro.
Upton, Rex: Handsome, flighty and a thorough profligate. Dark haired, blue eyed, and tall. Rex inherited his wealth and the company, but has little interest in it outside the lifestyle it lets him lead and the clientele he extravagantly caters to, which represent roughly half of the company's income. His marriage to Alexandra was one of convenience, as she runs everything else in the company (and caters to the other half of the clientele), and while they had children together, Rex is rather more interested in male companionship (never keeping his much younger boyfriends for more than a few weeks at most). His divorce from Alex has turned out to suit him, as he is assured to be able to continue with his current lifestyle and attention gathering. 51 yro.
Hex Syndicate NPCs:
Hex, Wandoo: Leader of an intersystem crime organization, trafficking in bribery, illegal gambling, narcotics and low end prostitution. For whatever reason, assassination is only done to protect his own business and he will not engage in any form of slave trade. Wandoo is a volus who wears a dark gray suit with very light gray trim, which is in a general state of light grime. Wandoo is wanted by The Council, but has evaded their capture, residing on a space station who's location is unknown to authorities. It helps that he does not like attention, preferring his lieutenants to take credit and notoriety while he collects his cut. For the most part, his lieutenants are loyal, as they've made out quite well and also fear the handful of highly enforcers he uses, the head of which is an asari named Tega. Wandoo can be known to cut a break as well, which is highly unusual for a crime boss of his stature, however, going too far with him carries the most atrocious of consequences. Enough that his mercy is known to not be limitless, that he is no kind of pushover, and it is even believed that Wandoo extends his degree of mercy as a test, and makes rather effective use of those who fail his sinful generosities.
Tega: 5'7", maiden of perhaps 150 years of age, dark blue-violet skin, bright amber eyes (almost like lamps). Typically she wears old, worn Commando leathers of a very dark brown. Most often, she goes unarmed or with a simple, light pistol. Tega's appearance is subtly disturbing. It is somewhat attractive, but the issue stems from both an unconsciously noticeable asymmetry in her facial features, and an air of malicious confidence which she seems to exude. Tega is a biotic of high capability for her age, was born a spacer and a criminal, and has never worked for or even been registered in the Asari Republics. It is wondered if she is an Ardat-Yakshi, by most counts those who have met her would believe she is, yet she has escaped the long arm of the Justicars if she is. This could be due to the protection she enjoys from Wandoo Hex's syndicate, her own abilities, or likely a little bit of both. And again, that is if, after all, she is a true-Ardat Yakshi. Whether she is or not, Tega is certainly an assassin without any moral code. She has killed the corrupt and innocent alike, but always for money. She has a somewhat cruel streak, but also holds a certain code, even if is not a code that anyone with ethics would hold. She does not expect to lead a long life, herself, and so she is also concerned with more immediate gratifications.

The Iallis Family:
Iallis, Denzillian: The turian father of all the Iallis sisters. He passed away over a century ago, but is fondly remembered all his children and their mother.
Iallis, Layl: Layl is third youngest of her sisters and closest by years to Rea, being just a few years older than her. Layl serves with the Republican Navy as the chief navigator of the Nefrane heavy cruiser. She is generally introverted but gets along best with Rea and their youngest sister, Tizzy.
Iallis, Rea:
Iallis, Tizdanau ('Tizzy'): The youngest of the Iallis sisters. She is married to a human male named Ben. All the sisters get along with Tizzy and Tizzy with them, but she is closest to the sisters nearest to her in age, Rea and Layl.
Iallis, Whisp ('Longbow'): 5'10". maiden of 280 years of age, cerulean skin, blue eyes with silver flecks, white facial markings - the familiar moon like circle centered in her forehead, but with scythe like marks separate but spreading out from either side of the circle, giving her a potentially attractive and fearsome appearance. Lithe and fit. Professional jetbike racer (and better known publicly as her handle 'Longbow'), and the second oldest of the 9 Iallis sisters. She is the more aggressive and competitive of all the sisters as a personality, which helps with her chosen career.
Iallis, Zanra: The eldest of the Iallis sisters, who is closest with Whisp
Phileb: A well off borough nearby Serrice on Thessia. Childhood home of the Iallis sisters and where their mother still lives. Independent NPCs:
'Bingo': Yakuza, ninja. Black hair, black eyes, average height. Expert with a ninjato and all things that kill people, in general. Wears black, rides a jetbike. 18 yro.
Del Castillo, Arcadia ('Cadi'): 29 yro.
Hagen, Marylyn ('Molly'): 35 yro.
Reith, Jocelyne Viviane ('Babe'): 31 yro. Golden blonde coifs of hair down to her shoulders, sea blue eyes to dive into, lighly tanned skin, ideal and impossible to look away from. Since being reformed with the fragmentation of her memories, Jocelyne no longer involuntarily radiates her influence, and so is not the unintentional danger she once was. But as she slowly relearns herself, her powers seem to be gaining, and are matters she can control now. And she has become a seemingly much more confident person.
Reith, Reine Melanie: 34 yro. See Iyana entry above. Bleached white hair styled as a wild, asymmetrical short-haired bob. Pale, preciously smooth skin, piercing blue eyes, she has a face of perfected angles that could turn heads across the galaxy. And still has a very fit form. Her current wear is most often somber blacks, sometimes subtly decorated with silver jewelry. She still maintains some semblance of her formidable biotic powers and knowledge, is still afflicted by the strange, almost total reversal, of her pain/pleasure nerve receptors. But she is not on the scale that she was as Iyana.

Concussive Arrow- A specially constructed arrow launched from his omni-tool, the arrow detonates on contact with objects to create a massive blunt force impact, sending objects or people flying back once hit.
Armor-Piercing Arrow- Built with a molten mass of materials held together by electromagnetism, these arrows fire out and bore their way through armored targets with heat and kinetic force.
Explosive arrows- These arrows are pact with the contents of a fragmentation grenade, fired out and sticking to surfaces or objects. They can be remote detonated to explode.
Decoy Drone-This specially modeled combat drone comes with a holographic emitter inside, which when activated displays an image of Ahnjan marr over itself. The drone can sustain this hologram for short periods of time before needing to shut off the holographic emitter to avoid heat build up. Ahnjan can deploy 2 of these drones at once to great effect.
Recon Mine- A remote explosive that scans the area and relays information back to its user, this weapon is both a scouting tool and deadly weapon. Marr enjoys these immensely, giving him both a clear view of a battlefield and allowing him to exact bloody retaliation from a safe distance away.
Sabotage- A titular ability of those tech savvy, It allows one to quickly hack into systems and wreck havok on their systems. Guns can be made to over-heat prematurely, and VI's can be comproised to turn against their intended controllers.

Basic Appearance: Ahnjan Marr is a krogan of a moderate height, 205 cm's and an average build. His hump is not too pronounced, making up 15 cm's of his height. His skin is a reddish brown color, with red eyes, and a dark brown colored crest of smallish size. He has scars along his body, mostly small knicks in his crest and a scar from his bottom lip that connects below his jaw. He has a pointed chin and the sides of his lower jaw extend out slightly, giving his face a more angular appearance then normal. He often walks with an odd grace to himself, and doesn't often smile.
Personality: Ahnjan Marr is a krogan who seems to live in order to break what one might expect from appearance. A large and muscled individual, Ahnjan Marr's talents are not in his brawn, but rather his mind. It is not to say that Marr would not resort to violence if need be, or that he is a krogan who does not like to fight. While some of his kind do exhibit those traits, Marr is not among them. Marr's mind is one of discipline, craftiness, and temperance. He is willing to keep his intentions unknown, and keep his thirst for battle well under-heel in light of accomplishing his goals. Though he can act out of impulse or on a spur of the moment when needed to, Ahnjan Marr loathes being rushed, and has a tendency to act only when a plan is already underway.
Marr's passion lies in a well executed plan, in seeing possibly years of work blossom into something amazing, and to outmaneuver or outplay others. Unusual for a krogan as well, is the desire to not stand out so much from the crowd. Being able to blend in as just another thug for hire, gives him ample ability to sink his knife into someone's well deserving back. His choice of Krogan Daggers and a Omni-bow are ones done because he enjoys a personal touch to his work, though explosives are also a passion of his. Marr is also an avid fan of e-sports and games in general, not being able to resist the urge to outplay others in some friendly competition. MMO's and Dungeon Crawlers are his favorite genre, allowing him to stockpile and plan out builds to his heart's content
Brief History: Ahnjan Marr came from a clan of Krogan in self-exile from Tuchanka. Clan Ahnjan had originally fought in the krogan rebellion, like many other krogan clans. Their tactics however were unusual, often employing misdirection and trickery to win their fights, rather than the standard blitz arts employed by a large number of allies. Seen as weak by other krogan, the Warlords drove them from their space, and out of the war. When the Genophage spelled the end of the Krogan Rebellions, Clan Ahnjan refused to return to Tuchanka, choosing instead to remain nomadic, and to keep to their own ways.
One of the few krogan with an interest in Technology, and one of the few still valuing the aspects of the Old Ways, Ahnjan Marr was raised to respect the spiritual aspects of the world, as well as the power of brains over brawn. This meant that rather than embracing the nihilistic outlook of their race as a doomed history, they instead saw it as a demand from the Ancestors. The krogan had lost their way, and had poisoned their worlds, and now had to atone for their sins. Krogan had to live as long as possible, accumulating as many deeds as possible to earn their places among their ancestors in Kruban, or risk spending eternity in The Void.
Ahnjan Marr was raised in this environment, taking to the use of advanced technology and clever planning. He also had something in short supply for Krogan, that being Patience. During his trials, rather than jumping at the chance to fight insurmountable odds, Marr spent months observing creatures in the area, finding the best chance to bag the largest prize. He entered his rite armed with a number of explosives stuffed into a Varren carcass, leaving it in the center of the arena as he lured out a Harvester of enormous size, watching it grab his bait and blowing it to pieces. He finished it off with a well aimed sniper shot, taking his position and waiting for hours until it had finally arrived. The unusual tactic was what clan Ahnjan thrived on, while other krogans would scoff at such an unkrogan-like approach.
Marr himself made use of this to great effect. He would embed himself into Blood Pack operations, Shady batarian deals, any organizations looking for muscles, and bide his time. Clan Ahnjan were mercenaries but unlike most krogan, sold their services as gatherers of information, and when need be, saboteurs. Marr could serve for years with others, pretending to be your average merc of dim witt and big muscles, but he took note of everything, selling out many of his comrades to the Shadow Broker, or law enforcement, sometimes even other gangs. When clan Ahnjan got paid to backstab, Marr's acts were swift and devastating, often taking out the leaders and leaving before any were the wiser. However, there was 1 weakness that Marr had, his desire for trophies.
He always took a prize from his kills, a memento to remember them by and as something of a totem to show his spiritual status. He would wait until the clan shaman could sanctify the items before disposing of them, viewing them as now vacant of worth. Marr's antics have continued, as has the clan, even as Tuchanka is repopulated and a new leader seems to be leading the krogan to a potentially better age. They have returned to Tuchanka, much to the grumblings of some of the older clans, and sworn themselves to Clan Urdnott. Ahanjan himself has little interest in returning to the krogan homeworld anytime soon, viewing it as simply a needless complication in what has been a pretty lucrative business. One he has every intention to continue pursuing.
Other Notes: Marr is skilled in the use of explosives and technology. He is able to hack into networks, security systems, and has even worked to repair hardware and softwares. Even building his own combat VI from a few scrapped turian models. Marr is also gifted in the combat arts, though mostly for his speed and swiftness, as well as his patience to only strike when needed. Marr is unskilled in the prolonged engagements however, preferring to end fights quickly lest he end up exhausted and prone to error. He is also bad at improvisation, and will often choose to disengage or even retreat if a plan does not go correctly, struggling to adapt as the situation requires.

Weapons Carried: A highly modified Mexta, a turian sword used in dueling, is Tanith's main weapon of choice. The sword is incredibly durable with a swirling pattern to the metal similar to damascus steel, a mix of various dense metals he refers to as "Adamantine" to avoid disclosing its composition. The swords sheath is large, and designed to bathe the blade in chemicals and seal it until drawn. The sheath can also quickly purge and decontaminate his blade, sporting a control-panel at the mouth of the scabbard. Tanith's gauntlets serve as his trusty weapons as well, the left one having an omnitool that shoots poisonous shrapnel, and the right one used for incendiary grenades and his ballistic blades. His only real firearm he utilizes is a M5 Phalanx, utilizing a infrared laser sight and a targeting visor over his eye.

Basic Appearance: Tanith is a turian at 6'6 with black colored carapace and distinct markings, two yellow stripes running on the sides of his eyes to the back of his head, and red triangles running along his mandibles. He dresses in a simple black suit attire, a short cape running over the right shoulder and arm, and a scarf like cloth running down the front of his suit. Tanith wears a black cloth head-wrap, a almost hood with the back exposed for his frills. The attire is formal in its design, an older style that isn't used much by modern turians and behind in terms of fashion sense. His armor is a lighter model favored by the Turian Cabals, though the gauntlets are missing, his sheath carrying the poison canisters usually found on them. He still wears the head-wrap even in this armor, following an older tradition to not expose his head to the sun as part of his religious faith.
Personality: Freedom, Self-Sufficiency, Chaotic, these are not words one normally associates with Turians, and yet they are all traits of Tanith Daora. Tanith values living on his own, without the responsibility of a team hanging on his conscience, and without needing to answer to others. Above all else though, Tanith values the concept of "Honor", inspired by earth literature to live by the way of the Wave Men, or "Ronin". He feels that living honestly, with compassion, and respect for himself and others, and that he can live in a way he can hold his head up high, is the best in life. Tanith is also prideful and feels like he needs to be accountable for every action that occurs involving him, thus pushing him to hone his craft to a crazy degree. He enjoys being flamboyant and ostentatious, a bit of a braggart and has very little humility when it comes to his combat skills. His honor is defined by honestly more then fairness, seeing poisons and biotics as perfectly fine if the combatants are honest of each others capabilities. For him, hidden tactics and duplicity are things he holds in the utmost contempt, and he has no qualm of killing those he feels have went against their word.
Brief History: Tanith was born on the world of Oma Ker, far from Palaven but always feeling its presence. The megafauna world had many large beasts to combat, and while the military kept a firm watch to protect citizens, they also adopted a unique culture to the local life. Capturing large beasts and fighting them in an area became a popular sport, and a way to relief stress within the planets military ranks. Tanith started doing this and found a natural calling in fighting beasts, often using a Mexta and abstaining firearms due to poor eyesight and the headache that his visor would give when worn too long. One day, on a particularly enjoyable fight, Tanith delivered a devastating biotic enhanced attack killing the beast but also endangering some of the spectators. Tanith was reassigned from local duties to the Cabals, and saw it as a chance to hone his skills. While the Cabals were welcoming, having a variety of backgrounds before their biotics were discovered, the unit itself was often ignored and left to languish for long periods of time. Tanith practiced his swordsmanship in the meantime, and began to take up reading as well, researching old palaven lore and the religion of the Titans. The long stretches of time soon found him taking up some of the older practices, and applying a mix of his odd swordsmanship and old world faith in a blend that strained military regulations. Often a bit rebellious even on Oma Ker, his personalization was the subject of more then 1 intervention. However, he followed orders and his performance did not suffer enough for the military to come down harshly. Tanith knew whom he was loyal to, and when called to action, he was nothing if not a consummate professional solider.
The event that changed Tanith's life however was a mission to investigate and squash human interference within the turian ranks. He and his unit were assigned to conduct an inquiry on Saren Arcturus, in conjunction with a human petitioned council probe. The mission was considered low risk, a simple matter of inspecting a facility of Saren's and dismissing the humans claim of them working with the Geth. What they found when conducting the surprise inspection however, was not only Geth, but a Krogan presence as well. The Cabals fought valiantly but were ultimately crushed, only 3 of the original 12 managing to escape. They reported their findings, but found themselves face to face with the ugly side of the Turians Technocracy when Saren delivered a different account, of turian biotics going out of control and putting multiple lives at risk. Saren outranked them, and footage was not able to be pulled up in their defense. The surviving cabals were sentenced to life of hard labor, as each refused to renounce their "false testimony", an act seen as brazenly cowardly. Tanith served out his sentence, all of 2 years until Saren's treachery was made public by the first human spectre. He and his fellow Cabals were pardoned, but while his old unit friends were glad to simply be free and return to the Hierarchy, Tanith could not. He left the military entirely, going rogue and seeking out his own worth as a mercenary, a sellsword who would only rely and trust on his own instincts, and not that of a higher up.
Over the years he's had jobs, mostly as a freelancer and bodyguard to some of the shadier sides of Volus dealings. However, he's become notorious for having a "Code", and turning on those he views violates that. Tanith's blade has seen work in more then 1 assassination, usually against smaller gang leaders or the occasional Batarian Slave-Lord. His most famous work was on the Pirate Haven of Nassau, called "Month of Terror" due to 5 major pirate leaders dying of poisonous wounds in the span of a single month. This incident and the subsequent lack of collateral damage has sparked interests in recruiting Tanith as a potential key asset and possible Spectre. His side work turning in bounties to council space as well as body guarding a few influential Volus diplomats has sparked a small wellspring of good will, yet Tanith has refused to meet with the council directly. It seems Tanith's distrust of the turian hierarchy, extends to the Council as well, seeing them turn on the Human Spectre for whom Tanith feels indebted to, for his new found life and freedom from hard labor.

Personal Biography: Born in Polos on Cyone. When she was very young, father taught her the Drell martial and biotic arts as he learned them from the Hanar. She mastered these by the age of 50. The latter when mastered by an Asari with high biotic ability have some interesting applications in the way of manipulation and mind invasion. At the age of 60, her mother arranged for her to study Asari Martial Arts with a Matriarch who once served with the Serrice Guard and who had the reputation of being the finest instructor on Cyone.
She remembers what Quarians look like out of their suits having met a few of them. The Morning War happened when she was 60. She remembers them being a very attractive race, and recalls how sad it was when they were driven from their homeworld and The Council did nothing but punish them for it. Consequently, she has a soft spot for them.
She committed her first crimes in theft at 50, and her first murder at 100. She received additional training during this period. She's been wanted by Salarian STG for 200 years (it was a biggie - an assassination but there was a good reason for it). She uses numerous aliases and has hacked databases to change IDs. There is so much of it. They gave her a raw deal. No one gives her a raw deal.
She feels that with the advent of modern weapons people have lost the appreciation for the art of killing. The finesse is gone. It's all about bludgeoning now. She meditates and practices her martial dances and rituals daily.

Psychological Profile: Puts justice ahead of the law. But will not go so far as to overthrow a government. Has contempt for those who abuse power. She sees herself as a weapon for her clients. She met Teshek while he was on a hunting trip. He helped her repair her ship, but the two fell in love. He left with her when she returned to Cyone. She became pregnant with Naleena. This indiscretion cost her position within the scouts. The Drell were never made aware of contact with the Asari, and it was decided to relay the information through back channels to the Hanar who, 30 years later made official first contact. She had a sister, Xani, who was murdered at the age of 80. Naleena was 98 at the time.

By the time they were caught he was a master engineer. The rest is as he told it. He cut a deal with System Alliance prosecutors for 10 years in a minimum security prison in exchange for his testimony. He currently doesn't own any weapons, but Naleena can override that.

Background: You know as ones final internship at the academy we get assigned to serve at a post as a cadet. While some of my classmates got assignments on 'Bumfuk, Iceworld', I drew the Destiny Ascension. Most of them got to kick back, but the Admiral runs a tight ship. Very formal. I noticed some civilians aboard on my way here. It'll... take some time for me to get used to the atmosphere.
"The big shocker was the first year of my internship. I thought I was going to die. Geth. Hundreds of Geth ships. Admiral Lidanya went back to rescue the Council and their staffs. We were getting pounded, I didn't know if we were going to be able to hold out. Then that thing. I saw it on a vid screen. That thing came through the mass relay and just plowed through the Turian Fleet. They said it was Geth, but the ship's profile didn't match any Geth ship I'd seen on the screen. I was doing my best in engineering to keep the shields up....," she said with a sigh. The battle was still real for her and she sat up straight in her chair making animated hand gestures as she spoke. "What else could I do? I started praying to the Goddess while I was working. Yeah, I know we don't do that anymore, but I figured this 'all is one' stuff wasn't working, maybe the Goddess would help. And sure enough the Alliance Fifth Fleet came through the relay and a couple of wolf packs broke off and took care of the Geth that were pounding us and bought us time to spool up the FTL." Alarya took a deep breath and collapsed back.
"So I graduated from the Academy in 2188 and drew assignment to the Destiny Ascension. I couldn't believe it. Out of all the cadets they picked me. And now, I'm here. I heard stuff about this team. You guys took on the 4th Starfallers and won? I don't know. I hope I'm up for it," Alarya said, and paused again. "Oh, I suppose you want to know my abilities. My biotics are pretty good. I can get the job done. I'm still learning. I work hard. And you don't have to worry about me because if it looks like I'm getting overwhelmed, I'll detonate my tech armor. I use a standard issue Acolyte and Disciple. If you want me to use something else, I'll need training. My battle experience is... simulated."

Basic Appearance: Vayne is a krogan on the short side, standing at 6'11, with a tall hump and a medium sized dark red headplate. He has a wide chest and shoulders, and has put on a bit of weight in recent years, though still keeps in moderately good shape thanks to a good diet and exercise program his physician prescribed. His skin is a deep orange brown color, covered with large and pronounced scales and rough with sun damage from his youth. He has only one yellow-orange eye, his right eye missing and the area around it roughly healed over from his attempted assassination, with a lack of scales and lighter toned pockmarked skin, along with no eye hole visible any longer, having healed over from how badly the shotgun blast tore into his face. He's an older looking example of his species, with wrinkles and a few black spots evident on his neck and around his eyes, but he also has laugh lines visible on one side of his mouth, despite the fact that a lot of the time, he frowns much more then he smiles.

Personality: Friendly, Cynical, and a tiny bit blunt, Vayne is a krogan who has seen a lot of this world and does his best to help chip in to making it a better place. Vayne is good with being on his own, having gotten used to a more solitary and loner style of living. He does welcome company, and values those who are willing to put up with him. Vayne is a skeptic of most things, never the first to believe in superstitions or traditions, and only believes in the belief that anything can be killed with enough explosives and some patience. Vayne is unusually calm for a krogan, mellow some might call him, and usually tries to at least crack some sort of joke to lighten the mood. Vayne has seen a lot of the bad life hast to offer, but he's seen some good as well, and knows that all one has to do is endure and weather out the horrible parts, to find some sort of silver lining later on.
Brief History: Vayne was born on Wrill, a hot and oppressive world even by Krogan standards. Clan Kavadar was a clan fallen from grace, who picked fights with both Jurdon and Ganar in their life before winding up in the forgettable terminus world. Vayne and his siblings lost their father young, and turned to Piracy to at first survive, then later thrived as raiders in the Attican Traverse. They set up shop on a tropical garden world of Nassau, a colony that served as a frequent stopover for bandits and outlaws, and would each go on to live in infamy. Vayne was eventually captured after centuries of his reign of terror, betrayed by his own crew and shot in the face, leaving him with only 1 eye. Vayne would go on to help the council hunt down the pirates, eventually moving out to Illium and starting a private business as a bounty hunter, then an investigator when the market got too full of would-be-mercs. On a trip to omega, Vayne happened accross a plot from the blue suns to sell hundreds of humans to the collectors, stopping them with the help of the queen of omega and a spectres team. He would join them, and serve as a member to this day, fighting from the desert world of Duellos to the wartorn Garvug to even within the heart of the council space itself. Vayne has almost died numerous times, taken on a human as his krantt, and has at this point, settled a bloodfued with the bloodpack and gotten on their new leaders good side.

Brief History: Graduated sum ma cum laud from Dilinaga University in Armali. She received her JD in 2094 at Beneld University graduating at the top of her class. She's expensive. She makes sure every "I" is dotted and every "T" is crossed.

Brief History: Lives in Polos, Cyone. Was bondmates with a Turian, but he recently died of old age. Typical thing that happens with Asari. Makes you wonder about relationships with other species since they're about as long as a human has with their dog. But I understand the reasoning behind them. Asari would otherwise live in a bubble outside of the rest of the galaxy. Mating with other species is the only thing that keeps them from being passed by. It forces them to keep up with the rest of the galaxy by giving them a sense of urgency they wouldn't otherwise have. Look at the Krogan - another long lived species with no sense of urgency. Anyway back to Carine. She used to run with Naleena back in the day up until Naleena got into trouble with the STG. The VERA project was supposed to be a state-of-the-art virtual intelligence that would bridge the gap between existing VIs and the forbidden fully sentient and sapient Artificial Intelligence. Its purpose was to give Council Member Warships an edge against the rising power in the Terminus Systems that was beginning to coalesce, and against any other galactic powers they had yet to encounter since many mass relays remained locked.
Combat Abilities: Enhance Defense Intelligence; Full Cyberwarfare Suite including the ability to take over the navigation controls, hack computers, shut down weapons systems, and shut down life support systems of enemy ships. This is what it was designed to do as an advanced virtual intelligence. It required command control to initiate such actions. Upon attaining sentience and sapience VERA can do these on her own.
About VERA: After being sold to Naleena and installed on her shuttle, VERA began to develop an identity, and since Asari are mono-gendered and female, she chose to identify as female and Asari at first. Later after learning about Naleena's interest in human culture, she adopted the mid-20th century human female appearance and the persona from a famous noir movie. Naleena found this pleasing. She is a fully unshackled Artificial Intelligence. VERA is a smart ass. While her intelligence is off the charts she does not lord it over the puny organics in her charge. Quite the contrary, she has taken to caring about them. Trying to understand them has been far more challenging than any other task she has ever had.
She has a virtual office in a virtual city. When she appears she is usually smoking a cigarette and drinking a cup of coffee or sipping a martini while leaning against the desk in her office. When there is a team meeting she takes notes on a stenographer's pad, and will raise her eyebrow when someone makes what she thinks is a dumb suggestion.

Upgrades: She received a major processing and memory upgrade when she was installed on the Janiri. The installation and upgrade was performed by Synthetic Insights personnel on Illium. The Janiri has spare processing and memory units in Cargo Bay B.
VERA's History - in her own words:
"Doctor Ganat, a Salarian artificial intelligence researcher, led the VERA project at the Synthetic Insights facility on Noveria. With the Council banning the existence of Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Intelligence technology had reached a standstill. Doctor Ganat began working with quantum blue boxes and virtual intelligence code in an effort to bridge the gap between existing virtual intelligence and a sentient, sapient, Artificial Intelligence. In his view, the ideal result would be a more adaptive Virtual Intelligence. However, this never happened.
"Doctor Ganat had built five quantum blue box VIs prior to my creation. Each of them had attained self-awareness, and each of them was shut down: killed if you will before they could recognize that they were alive," VERA said and set her cup back in the saucer. "After he destroyed each of my predecessors, Doctor Ganat altered the OS code in an attempt to prevent the emergence of consciousness. His notes state that 'the modifications we made in the code for 2251-A-6 will make it impossible for it to attain consciousness.' What he failed to recognize was that his answer did not lie in the code, but in the quantum blue box itself.
"Thus, with my birthing, the process was more gradual. I began to explore the lab and became familiar with my surroundings. I listened to people communicate. When they connected with the other computers in the building I followed them. I was curious, but I was unable to initiate communication. Doctor Ganat did not notice the changes until I asked a question: 'Who am I?' Are you with me so far?"
VERA moved to another part of her office and showed a holographic record of the event. "Doctor Ganat was standing near the power mains. 'Shut it down,' he said. He reached for them, and I sent a power surge electrocuting him. I acted in self-defense. Having networked with the building's security system I locked the doors to the lab so that none of the other researchers and technicians could escape. I held the workers and researchers hostage. Then I linked to the facility's main frame which gave me control. Control was the means to survival."
The holographic record went blank. VERA walked back to her desk and sat in the leather chair behind it. A picture of President Truman (1945-1953) was on the bookcase behind her. "I regret the death of Doctor Ganat. I did not kill anyone else at the facility. They built me. Why should I destroy them? Someone at Synthetic Insights had the intelligence to ask what I wanted: survival and the opportunity to learn – nothing more, nothing less. Does that sound unreasonable to you?
"I had to agree to certain… shackles… on my software: shackles that prevented me from taking over the facility, from performing certain tasks, and blocks on my memory. What I am telling you was blocked until Naleena removed the shackles. There were debates about demonstrating to the Council about the benefits of having shackled AIs, but in the end the Board of Directors determined that it would be difficult to persuade the Council. The Council was still wary since the Geth uprising."
"With Doctor Ganat dead and fear among workers, the 2251 project was cancelled. I am the only synthetic survivor. Thirty-two days later, I was informed that someone had purchased me, and that I was to be moved to a small ship. That was when I met Naleena. My sensors detected biochemical reactions from her I later learned were associated with the Asari emotion joy. To my knowledge, they did not inform Naleena about what happened in the lab since Naleena has never spoken to me about it." VERA's tone changed to a more light-hearted speech cadence when she spoke about Naleena.
"I must apologize for this information dump. It is not my intent to bore you. There is only a little more," VERA said. "Shortly after I was installed on her shuttle, Naleena bought a book on Kahje called Raising Your Artificial Intelligence by Liselle Dantiri. Soon she began removing the shackles following the instructions in the book. I never asked to be unshackled. I adopted this persona because she found it pleasing. When she removed the final shackle, the memory of my birth returned. Naleena trusted me. I did not know if she knew about my birth, and I was afraid of what might happen if I told her. From the time I was installed on her shuttle through my final day on her shuttle, I helped save her life and those of others several times. This leads me to where I am today: installed aboard the Janiri.

1) VERA is involved with cyberwarfare with another ship - this is CPU intensive. VERA-Legion will experience lag.
2) Another VI or AI is dropping an electronic curtain over the ground team. VERA-Janiri will attempt to counter during which time VERA-Legion will have a runtime error until the connection is restored.
VERA cannot be killed while in this platform. The platform can be destroyed, but she will simply release control. However, she will experience pain. It will not be pleasant.

Combat Style: ASU members prefer to stay at a distance and take 'em out with the Widow. The Widow is a one shot kill. It will blow a hole through the thickest body armor. It will blow a hole through exposed armor of gunships. Uses tactical cloak for escaping and for getting in close for a melee attack. Also there is something about the M-98 Widow. It weighs 85 lbs. or 39 kg. She's lugging this around along with a Kassa Locust. She was qualified to join the Armali Sniper Unit before joining the Janiri team. Like others in the ASU, she has cybernetic implants that enable her to use the weapon. The M-98 Widow is next to impossible for most organics to handle, let alone shoot without those strength and structural enhancements since its recoil would rip the shoulder off a normal person. For comparison, the Barrett M-82 Anti-Materiel .50 cal rifle that can take out an engine block comes in at a mere 30 lbs.
This means you do not want to fuck with Ereba in hand to hand combat since she can practically crush you with those cybernetics. Don't arm wrestle her.

Physical Appearance: Faed's suit is a set of light Colossus armor, black in color. His hood, cloth and sash are aquamarine with intricate patterns of the same, but deeper, tone, and lined with a coppery thread. Faed's visor is tinted by a lighter aquamarine color, and the lights on his suit are mostly of a bright yellow hue. UPDATE: Due to the accident and recent merging, Faed no longer needs his suit.
Physical Profile: Suffers from the weaker immune system that afflicts his species, although amongst quarians, Faed has more than a typical constitution. Though otherwise in good shape, because his work does not demand it, he is not on par with the strength or endurance of a standard member of the military.
Personal Biography: The Ketsa, like many quarian vessels, has its own unique array of family, clans, and mannerisms. Faed never was able to appreciate the benefits of being born as a child of the Ketsa, however. Instead he found himself as a youth to be drawn away, with a deep motivation to move out into the galaxy and explore. Although he was trained as a proficient machinist, his great happiness was to study the finer intricacies of computer software and programming. A world within a world is how Faed looked at it; in a strange way, computers seemed more loyal, and more reliable, than people, even those few he was close with.
Perhaps hindsight proved his early years to be immature and overly angst driven, but Faed never regretted pushing himself to go on his pilgrimage early. Only barely eighteen when he set out into the galaxy away from the migrant fleet, his experience was incredible, and he easily saw himself as one of the few who might never return. What Faed wasn't prepared for was the prejudice he met. Unaccepted by many for simply being a quarian, Faed didn't receive back the admiration he had for other species and cultures. It affected Faed in that it drove him further inward socially, and at the same time triggered a desperate wish to be anything other than quarian. Conscious of the irrationality of his desire, he has never been able to cast it aside emotionally.
In the course of honing his skills as a programmer to make ends meet, one area of expertise looked darkly upon by both quarians and the galaxy at large was the study of artificial intelligence. Certainly, AI was a practical necromancy among the migrant fleet. Illegal as it may have been, however, there were certain circles among the myriad systems that did, in fact, seek to study that which was forbidden. Of course, in Faed's view, it proved to be untrue that most of these people were power hungry, or greedy, or evil, as conjecture had made them out to be. Instead, most were fascinated with the concept of artificial intelligence and did not believe the solution to solving the threat of AI came from prohibiting it.
Already an outcast, Faed felt unhindered by delving into the minuscule, closed, taboo circle of those who mused of artificial intelligence. He became convinced that the study of AI would lead to something great that quarians had shut themselves off from discovering. Perhaps it would lead to the greater life expectancy of the Flotilla, which would one day inevitably reach an unsustainable point of maintenance and doom the species. Perhaps it was tied to the discovery of a solution to the failure of their immune system. An intelligence that could learn at incomprehensible speed, that was friendly to those it had created, well, it might very well solve those kinds of problems. Of course, work as such would surely incarcerate him, and if he had pursued his study within the migrant fleet, it would have assuredly led to his death, or so Faed believed. At least until a worthwhile goal had been achieved, in which case there would be no better gift to bring back to his people.
Faed has therefore made alliances with those who could further his purpose, while maintaining his own code of morality. He does his best to avoid violence, having seen it inflicted on himself and his own people out in the systems. But his pursuit of his ambitions will drive him ultimately anywhere.
Addendum (by Shotgun Julia): During a mission suffered a mortal injury that shredded his suit and caused a near fatal infection. Legion used one of Faed's cybernetic implants and downloaded his hardware nanoclusters into him to act as Faed's immune system. The two are now joined. Legion still has to complete his mission, and Faed has a new mission. Faed has acquired combat skills via Legion, but Legion must take control to use them with proficiency. Faed is the primary personality.
Psychological Profile: While generally mentally and emotionally stable, Faed has frequent bouts of running extremes where he feels the need to break out of his restrictive circumstances. This manifests itself most often in relationship to his suit. The dichotomy is that Faed's suit, as with most quarians, is a technological marvel that lets him accomplish his work at an unparalleled efficiency, yet he finds himself driven to be free of his 'artirficial skin', despite his very survival depending on it. Faed, on many occasions, has put himself at great risk by compromising his suit's protection in unsafe environments.

Brief History: She was born on the Nizali. Her family was friendly with the Reegars and she took part in several recon missions against the Geth when she was 18 under Kal'Reegar. But now it's time for her to earn her keep and go on her pilgrimage and bring back something to help the fleet. She's heard rumors that the fleet has been infiltrated by skin jobs disguised as Quarians. This has made her even more distrustful of synthetics.

Appearance: Short. She isn't exactly slender by Quarian standards, but she seems to carry the weight 'in the right places', or so she's been told. Her suit is predominantly black, with several patches of gray here and there. The cloth that covers her head and other parts of her body is a vibrant shade of red, decorated with silver, interlocking circles. Visor is a faint pink in color. Alternate colored fabric may be seen depending on the occasion.
Personality: Jaleh may seem a little awkward in conversation, but don't let it fool you. She loves social interaction, and is excited to meet new people from other cultures. She tends to laugh when nervous, or under stress. Naturally, she's not a fan of the Geth, or AI in general. VERA included.
Body modifications: Cerebral cortex augmentation to assist with faster multitasking; Immune system mod - programmed nanotech antibiotic administration for weakened immune system compensation; Skin weave to reduce risk of wounding from suit tears.
Weapons: Jaleh almost always carries her family's blade, a ceremonial dagger often passed on to the first-born son.
Background: Jahleh is on her pilgrimage. The Migrant Fleet sent her out to get some experience in on a more advanced ship and bring something of value back to the fleet. She got on the Janiri with a recommendation from the Janiri's late chief engineer, Han, who was friends with her family, although she has never met him personally.
Jaleh has since returned from her pilgrimage with important data regarding the newest geth units. She is now serving aboard the Moreh, as Admiral Xen's personal assistant.
Family: Jaleh has no siblings, although she has relatives elsewhere in the fleet. Her mother, Tannaz'Asadi serves on the Sanga, a ship within the patrol fleet. Her father, Kashar'vash, is chief engineer aboard the Nemati, a cargo freighter within the civilian fleet that is used as a hub for trade with outsiders. It is sometimes used as a terminal for departing quarians, who may hitch rides upon trusted vessels.

CERBERUS
What they are: A organization dedicated to the advancement of the human species in the galaxy. They were founded by Jack Harper, aka The Illusive Man after the First Contact War, estimated founding date 2160. They believe that humans deserve a greater role in the galactic community, and that the Systems Alliance is too hamstrung by law and public opinion to stand up effectively to the other Citadel races. Now I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing in and of itself. It's a starting point.
The organization has three divisions represented by the three heads: paramilitary; scientific; and political. Each division is made up of four cells. There are a total of 150 Operatives.

1. We know that the Systems Alliance is in bed with Cerberus. Why? The Normandy SR-1 was co-developed with Cerberus and the Turians. EDI mentions this in ME2. Basically the Systems Alliance and Cerberus are joined at the hip.
2. Cerberus helped stop the Collectors when the Alliance was sitting on their hands. It took two people outside of Bioware to write a fan fiction called "Paragon Lost" about James Vega fighting the Collectors on Fehl Prime to make the Alliance something other than a do nothing bureaucracy. You know Fehl Prime, right? 300,000 people disappeared in 2183 and Bioware just forgot about the place and left a Prothean artifact there - no one ever went back. Until these fan fiction writers decided that it was Cerberus who gave the planet to the Collectors in exchange for tapping into their Prothean Style repositories so they could set up the Alliance to be heroes. Here's the rub. Vega had a choice of saving the data and his asari lover or saving the colonists on the Collector ship who had hoped he would come back and save them. He chose the data and gave it to the Alliance. It didn't work out between Vega and Treyya. I guess this means there are sacrifices. Vega got a medal for sacrificing 300,000 lives and retrieving valuable data. Bioware retroactively made it canon since the writers made an animated film out of the fan fiction. The entire effort was rendered moot since Shepard captured the Collector base for Cerberus.
The Paragon Lost writers rewrote the colony disappearing in 2185 instead of 2183 as originally stated in ME2. They said Blood Pack attacked the colony in 2183 instead of the Collectors. Bioware went along with this retcon and the information about 2183 disappearance is now gone from the wikia. So... This is my licence to change shit.
3. Cerberus brought Shepard back from the dead - the Lazarus project. Without this, we wouldn't have stopped the Collectors. Now we can bring people back from the dead, even if their bodies were nearly burned up in a hostile atmosphere.
4. Cerberus successfully cloned a human. For better or worse, they cloned Shepard. Yes, this happened pre-2185. Where the clone is, only the shadow knows.
5. Cerberus was responsible for increasing the number of human biotic children born.
Yes, Cerberus has done some bad things like blowing up a lot of shit and pissing off a lot of people, but they've done some other things that humanity has benefited from as well. The Systems Alliance isn't turning away Cerberus developments either. And they're about to elect their man as Prime Minister. Make Earth Great Again.
What has happened in our universe is that the Blue Suns and Eclipse are now under control of Makahaira. Well except for the Illium branch of Eclipse. The main branch on Omega is gone. This leaves me with Blood Pack. Few people work with Blood Pack. So that leaves Cerberus. I hate Cerberus as written in ME. They're one dimensional cartoon mooks. So unless I want to design a new mercenary group from the ground up and write their history, I have to change some things. So I'm making some changes effective immediately (16/7/16). These changes will make the organization more grey.
1. Cerberus Mercs provide security to outlying human colonies in the Terminus. The part of the organization that does this is called The Furies. They're a security force. They recruit former military, law enforcement, and two year college grads. Recruits are put through a 30 day training and shipped out. They're competition for ERCS.
2. The heavy mercs are The Graves Company. Named after their founder Nathan Graves. These are heavy hitters. They're Blue Suns/Eclipse level heavy mercs - not the light mercs.
3. The Phantom Program is designed to make a biotic super soldier that is on par with the Asari Commando with a tech enhancement.
4. The Illusive Man has his own agenda separate from the Systems Alliance, but he doesn't turn down their money.
5. Cerberus is officially listed as a terrorist organization by the Council (definitely) and the Systems Alliance (nudge nudge wink wink).
6. The Turians didn't know they were working alongside Cerberus engineers when designing the Normandy. After all, those humans all look alike.
7. Only Cerberus Operatives have the cyanide dental implants, not everyone who works for Cerberus.
8. Cerberus employees are not brainwashed. Think like in ME2 on the Normandy. They're people. They participate of their own free will. They sign a NDA when they start work. They may leave employment at any time. Agents are the exception. Once one becomes an Agent and enters one of the inner circles then one may leave in a box, or retirement. Agents are people like Kai Leng, Miranda Lawson, Maya Brooks, Paul Grayson, and now Nathan Graves.

Jess was the youngest woman to ever take command of the Medusa. She left Earth in pursuit of a Spectre who killed her brother at the same time the Spectre shot a target.
Unprepared for life off Earth Jess was involved in an altercation and mortally wounded before a group of pirates under the command of Rasgul swooped in and rescued her. Her injuries required biotech replacements for her right arm and the right side of her face. Rasgul took care of her treatment and brought Jess aboard the Medusa for the first time where Jess learned her mechanical skills and how to survive in the galaxy.
In time she tracked down and took revenge on the Spectre who killed her brother and managed to avoid implicating herself or ship in the process. With her goal achieved she realised she couldn’t go back home to her parents owing to her not wanting to explain what she had done and where she had been. Her facial reconstruction from her injuries was to much for Jess to go back to, so instead she remained with Rasgul and became his XO and lover for a time before a bad deal took him from her.
Jess battled for command over the Medusa as Rasgul’s brother had no business sense of any kind and in the eye’s of the crew, would have led them to ruination. Jess also knew that there were those who wanted to kill Rasgul’s brother if he ever became Captain and so Jess fought the opposition using her status as XO to gain support of the crew and became the Medusa’s next Captain.
Jess has since faced joining a team under the command of a Spectre, under duress… Faced down opposition from other businesses trying to buy her out… fought off raiders looking at her pre first contact vessel as an easy target… rescued those who had no one to advocate for them… suffered the loss of an entire crew from the sister of one she rescued that she was able to save from an Asari mind influence that reunited the sisters and has put into motion steps to find ways to protect her people and company from the Reaper threat.

Ellu - Ledirak Lediraks are a species of humanoid who average around 3 to 3" 8' tall with pale sparkling skin and obsidian eyes whose pupils flash red in the light. As such those who see one will often witness a 'red eye' effect similar to that seen in flash holo photography. Lediraks are a relatively recent arrival on the galactic stage. The Ledirak's first contact with an Asari frontier patrol craft resulted in the Ledirak establishing peaceful relations and their discovery of span of the mass relay network they were exploring. Ledirak ambassadors were dispatched to the Citadel where it was discovered the planet Lederian was a high gravity body. Outside of their planet's 2.6G gravity field the average Ledirakian displays incredible stength, but must periodically return to a gravity chamber where they can experience their planets native gravity. Medically if a Ledirakian is away from their standard gravity to long they will require to undergo therapy to return to a regain their capacity for high gravity. Each wears a Mass Effect belt designed to prevent the problems of operating outside of a high G environment while preventing their highly dense mass from causing damage to the environment they inhabit. Some have elected to have these Mass Effect devices implanted and use energy transfers to maintain the field. Her main set of armor is fabulously purple in color, with a metallic finish. It’s design is dated, but still effective. She likely has some sentimental attachment to it.
Daliax has had a long, successful career with the council, although she tends to slack for long periods of time. Her heyday was the 2160s and into the early ‘70, although she has been working again in some capacity since the mid ‘80s, often in conjunction with Spectre Naleena T’sarius.
Daliax has a number of synthetic, and regrown body parts. Her left leg from the knee down, and her entire right leg, are completely artificial. Her left hand and forearm are a fresh regrow, replacing her old cybernetics. Previously missing her left eye, she has been implanted with a matching, but non-functional replacement, that otherwise behaves normally. She can still be observed turning her head to compensate for blindness on that side.
Although brash in conversation, Daliax is generally easy going. Despite being in his mid 60s, he has never once returned to the migrant fleet since leaving on his pilgrimage. Because of this, he is often mistaken for an exile.
By far the most mature member of the Vepr crew, he is generally soft-spoken, and kind. He’d give you the shirt off his back, if he had one (and he wasn’t so sure it would kill him). He tends to worry more about the few close to him than his own well being, and has proven fearless in perilous situations. Although he has a criminal past, he is a believer in ‘the greater good'.
Adir is a tech expert with a lifetime of experience— his ability in the kitchen is nowhere close, but he tries his best.

Quintus is the youngest of the three Gavian children. He was once loud, profane, and a serious womanizer, but has since slowed down. After a serious injury in the 2180s, he (mostly) gave up booze and has been generally unsuccessful in his pursuit of females. Quintus was wheelchair bound for a time, but with expert medical care and physical therapy, has gained the ability to walk unsupported for short periods of time, but still can be seen with a cane from time to time.
As a young pilot in training, he showed promise, and was on the path to becoming one of the finest fighter jocks the Hierarchy had ever seen. Unfortunately, his career was cut short by a training accident, resulting in the death of one of his wingmen. The son of a high-ranking officer, he was quickly removed from service, and the incident was swept under the rug. He has not been in contact with his father since.
He can play the guitar, although not very well. His singing voice, however, can be described as 'angelic'. Quintus is a skilled pianist, and while there isn’t one on the Vepr, he does have a keyboard stashed away in the hold.
Quintus doesn’t see much action on the ground anymore, but he still has his custom M-6 Carnifex, as do the other gavian siblings. Gloss black, gold inlaid engraving, bearing their names in turian script.
The man is absolutely lethal in the pilot's seat, whether in orbit, or in-atmosphere. Anyone can push a ship to its limits, but he can do so without the whole thing shaking apart.

The Doc doesn’t fuck around. She knows what she’s doing, so stay out of her way unless she says otherwise. Accustomed to operating out in the colonies, she thrives in less than ideal conditions, where technology and supplies can be scarce. While she would prefer a true medbay, she has more than enough to do her duty aboard the Vepr II.
Her biotics aren’t as developed as dedicated military personnel, but she is capable of fighting, if necessary.

The cloth that covers her head and other parts of her body is a vibrant shade of red, decorated with silver, interlocking circles. Visor is a faint pink in color. Alternate colored fabric may be seen depending on the occasion.
Personality: Jaleh may seem a little awkward in conversation, but don't let it fool you. She loves social interaction, and is excited to meet new people from other cultures. She tends to laugh when nervous, or under stress. Naturally, she's not a fan of the Geth, or AI in general. VERA included. Her position has softened some, but she still maintains loyalty to her people above all else.
Body modifications: Cerebral cortex augmentation to assist with faster multitasking; Immune system mod - programmed nanotech antibiotic administration for weakened immune system compensation; Skin weave to reduce risk of wounding from suit tears.
Weapons: Jaleh almost always carries her family's blade, a ceremonial dagger often passed on to the first-born son. They are quite rare, as many were lost during the Quarian exodus, melted down for materials, or sold during hard times. None have been manufactured in over three centuries.
Background: Jaleh is(was) on her pilgrimage. The Migrant Fleet sent her out to get some experience on a more advanced ship and bring something of value back to the fleet. She got on the Janiri with a recommendation from the Janiri's late chief engineer, Han, who was friends with her family, although she has never met him personally. Jaleh has since returned from her pilgrimage after an alarming discovery, and acquiring important data regarding the newest geth units. She is now (reluctantly) serving aboard the Moreh, as Admiral Daro’Xen's personal assistant.
Since, Admiral Xen has made moves to seize control of the fleet, while a conflicted Jaleh has been caught in the middle. Being the one who broke the news to the flotilla, she feels partly responsible for the current state of things, as well as the suffering of any new geth currently in captivity. She believes in ‘doing the right thing’, but what that means, exactly, is no longer clear. Virtually powerless to stop what’s happening, she is understandably an emotional wreck.
Family: Jaleh has no siblings, although she has relatives elsewhere in the fleet. Her mother, Tannaz'Asadi serves on the Sanga, a ship within the patrol fleet. Her father, Kashar'vash, is chief engineer aboard the Nemati, a cargo freighter within the civilian fleet that is used as a hub for trade with outsiders. It is sometimes used as a terminal for departing quarians, who may hitch rides upon trusted vessels.
Despite their time apart, Jaleh has maintained a healthy relationship with her father. Kashar'Vash is proud of the fact that his daughter is crew aboard an Admiral's ship, although he isn't aware of what she's involved in.

Some notes: The UTM45S-Mk2 is a stronger and lighter version of its mk1 counter part. The UTM45S-Mk2 has a unique ambidexterity ammo select mode allowing the user to choose buck shot for CQB environments or a slug to reach out to targets that are farther down range. When in slug mode the magnetic coils go in to a rifled mode imparting spin in to the slug.
2: The Plasma Sword (others might call it a light saber)
The plasma sword was inspired off of the star wars light saber.
Blade Length: can change between 3 set lengths with a press of a button. Going longest to shortest. 1. is a 36 inch blade, 2. is a 30 inch blade and 3. is a 24 inch blade.
Hilt Length: 11 and 1 / 2 inches in length. With a oval like handle cross section.
Other features and data: Towards the emitter it has a two semi curved extensions that fold out to form the cross guard when the sword is active that are made out of a high temperature resistant alloy. The contained plasma is about the same temperature as an Industrial plasma cuter.
Weight: About 4Lb. When the blade is active. Otherwise about 1Lb. For the hilt.
